Your subject, frame to frame
On-device AI detects the person you choose and uses facial landmarks to reduce rotation, scale, and position jumps. Preview the sequence, then reorder or remove any difficult shot before export.

Most timelapse apps simply stitch photos together, so faces jump around. Lapse uses your chosen subject to stabilize the framing, then lets you preview the result before export.
Alignment that learns your subject
Lapse builds a reference from the faces you confirm, then uses it to keep that person framed consistently across years of photos. Side profiles, occlusions, and extreme angles can still need a quick check in Preview.

Photo processing stays on your device and Lapse requires no account. Lapse does not upload your selected photos to a content backend.

It all happens on your phone.
Face detection, alignment, and rendering happen on your device. Lapse has no photo-content backend and requires no Lapse account. If you connect Google Photos, Google handles sign-in and Lapse downloads only the photos you explicitly select into the local project. Lapse does not upload your edits or exports.
